Abstract
We have measured the electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of the pseudobinary system (As 2Te 3) x (Tl 2Se) 1− x both in the glass and liquid states. The effect of the addition of excess Tl has also been examined. It has been found that the activation energy of electronic conduction is closely related to the average atomization energy of these materials.
