Abstract
A case of ejaculatory incompetence (inability to ejaculate intravaginally) associated with coital anxiety was resolved in five sessions of behavior therapy. Because it was seen to be mediated by anxiety, the problem was treated by systematic desensitization and in vivo techniques.
