Abstract
This paper investigates the stability behaviour of time variant linear time discrete systems. Two versions of stability of the energy-norm are compared. The equivalence of both concepts is proved. The BIBOstability of time discrete linear systems is also investigated. It is shown, that a similar result for the BIBOstability holds. The results clarify some relevant concepts in the literature.
