The purpose of writing this article is to describe efforts to develop students' talents and interests in the arts at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, especially through children's dance activities. This effort is considered an important step in supporting students' creativity, improving their expressive abilities, and preserving cultural arts that are starting to be eroded by modernization. The research method used is descriptive research , which is a method that aims to describe and explain phenomena systematically based on the data obtained. The results of the research analysis show that the development of students' talents and interests can be done through children's dance accompanied by songs such as Javanese songs that are packaged with Islamic nuances . This activity is supported by the enthusiasm of students who feel happier and more enthusiastic when practicing, thus encouraging their motivation in the arts. However, there are challenges that arise when some children have difficulty memorizing dance movements when taught by the trainer. Therefore, regular evaluation, innovative learning strategies, and additional practice hours are needed to increase the effectiveness of activities. This effort is expected to maximize students' artistic potential while preserving traditional arts from an early age.

Computer communication networking is a very important topic in computer, electronics and communication education around the globe. Many students appear to think the subject technical and complex and this result in a low student engagement in these classes. Innovative teaching and learning strategies are needed to get the students interested in the subject. In this paper an activity based teaching and learning strategy is used to make the subject easy for understanding, to make the class interactive and increase student's interest in the topic. A dance activity was designed as an analogy to the OSI model of a communications system. To identify student perceptions of the activity, a survey was conducted of all students. The obtained results confirm that the students agree that this activity enables understanding and makes the learning process interesting. This perception is also confirmed by the attendance of students and the understanding demonstrated by them on classroom quizzes.

Learning enthusiasm among elementary school students often declines due to fatigue, monotonous teaching methods, and limited classroom activity variation. This condition poses a serious challenge for teachers in maintaining students’ motivation and engagement throughout the learning process. One strategy to address this issue is Ice Breaking, which consists of simple refreshing activities such as educational games, motivational chants, or light physical movements carried out during lessons to ease the atmosphere, restore concentration, and foster learning enthusiasm. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ice Breaking in enhancing the learning enthusiasm of fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Labuapi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the classroom teacher and fourth-grade students as research subjects. The findings reveal that Ice Breaking has a positive impact on increasing student participation, reducing boredom, and strengthening social interaction between teachers and students. Students showed enthusiastic responses; their facial expressions became more cheerful, active, and focused after the activities. Teachers also reported that Ice Breaking helped manage previously less conducive classes into more orderly and enjoyable learning environments. These results are consistent with previous studies emphasizing the importance of addressing students’ emotional and psychological aspects in creating meaningful learning experiences. Therefore, Ice Breaking can be recommended as an effective and innovative learning strategy in elementary schools, particularly for sustaining students’ motivation and enthusiasm for learning.
