Abstract

Indeed, a full miniaturized transparent energy device (such as lithium batteries), electronic devices, and sensing devices into a monolithic integrated microsystem can offer numerous benefits and greatly enhance the functionality of transparent electronics. Nano composite material as an anode material offers advantages such as high transparency and good electrical conductivity. A capacity of approximately 9.43 μAh cm−2 indicates a miniaturized and energy-dense power source suitable for the microsystem. Material offers high electron mobility 22.7 cm2 V−1 s−1, making it suitable for high-performance film transistors. Nano composite material as the photosensitive layer provides good responsivity 0.341 A W−1 to incident light, making it suitable for light-sensing applications. The development of transparent electronics and their integration into real-world systems, in materials science and microfabrication techniques will be key to optimizing and scaling up the production of such microsystems for practical applications.
