Abstract

The mobile-cells (MCs) aim to enhance quality of service for the in-vehicular cellular users by mitigating vehicular penetration loss. Allocating resources for MCs is challenging because of multiple links involved, for example, sidehaul link (SL) and access link (AL). In this letter, we propose algorithms to enable resource sharing between an MC’s AL, SL, and conventional cellular users. The proposed algorithm is shown to yield high ergodic rates across all three resource-sharing links.
