The urgency of typical situations that form the key problems of collective ethics is considered, its direct impact on the efficiency of modern enterprise is determined. It is worth discussing the issue of raising the efficiency of work, improving communication relations in the team and the effectiveness of management. It is determined that a key role in the formation of culture should be played by a new type of leaders who are able to transform a high corporate culture into a fundamental quality of their organization.
