Abstract
The authors carry out a dynamic analysis of an autoresonance vibration feeder for bulk materials with an electrodynamic vibration exciter by means of the averaging method in the first approximation. The mean powers are determined under conditions with the maximum productivity in the resonance, nonresonance, and autoresonance cases. The comparison with the experimental data shows the qualitative and quantitative fit of the results. The experiment confirmed the existence of “hard” self-oscillation modes. The paper proposes economy factors by metal and energy saving in comparison with the nonresonance vibration feeder.
