Abstract

Skin cancer of external ear is a very aggressive type of cancer with spread to the parotid gland, bone structures of the lateral skull base, meninges and brain tissue. At the same time, malignant tumors of the external ear are very rare disease, accounting for 0.2 % of all malignant head and neck tumors.
