Abstract

This study was conducted at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Waiakea Agricultural Research Center near Hilo, HI, under greenhouse conditions to determine the efficacy of several insecticides against root mealybugs infesting Pisonia brunoniana planted in cinder media in 2-inch pots. Drench or foliar applications of seven insecticides were compared to an untreated check (eight treatments).
