Abstract
目的 探讨体外巩膜外冷凝术后对玻璃体腔液中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)含量的影响.方法 取离体牛眼的后段眼球,去除视网膜神经上皮层,保留视网膜色素上皮细胞层,24眼做巩膜外冷凝,对照组不做冷凝,两组眼球玻璃体腔内注满MEM培养液,以双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(Sandwich ELISA)检测两组术后12h、24h、36h、48h玻璃体腔液中CTGF的含量.结果 冷凝组与对照组术后同一时间玻璃体腔中CTGF含量有明显差异.同组不同时间相比差异无统计学意义.结论 巩膜外冷凝术后可增加玻璃体腔液体中CTGF的含量,可能是引起孔源性视网膜脱离术后增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的因素之一。
