Abstract
Inflammation plays an important role in various diseases.Lymphocytes and cytokines are the key point in pro-inflammation reaction.Interferon regulatory factor 4 ( IRF4),as one of the transcription factor,influences the differentiation and secreation and promotes the tranacriptive regulation.A better understanding of these novel pathways will hopefully provide new insights into mechanisms responsible for the development of inflammatory diseases and potentially guide the design of novel therapeutic approaches.
