Abstract
On the basis of kinetic fluctuation theory, we consider the parametric interaction of lower and upper hybrid waves with ion-cyclotron oscillations in a plasma where the ion velocity distribution function is anisotropic. The turbulent diffusion coefficient is found to depend significantly on the ratio between the parallel and perpendicular ion temperatures. Our results can be of interest for the investigation of anomalous transport processes in space and laboratory plasma with ion temperature anisotropy.
