Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of abdominal incision free pressare sandbags on abdominal surgery incision in parturients after cesarean section.Methods Two hundred cases after new type cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(100 cases) and control group (100 cases).The parturients in observation group were given free pressure sand bags on abdominal surgery incision.The abdominal surgery incision of parturients in control group were pressured by sand bags(1 kg) for 6-8 h.Results The subjective sence of comfort,the time of first action in the bed and the time of anal exhaust time of parturients in observation group were better than those of parturients in control group.There were significantly differences (P ＜ 0.05) ; While there was no significant difference in the incision bleeding or wound healing grade between the two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusions There was no clinical significance in incision bleeding,wound healing grade of abdominal incision after cesarean section incision pressured by sandbags.While free pressed by sand bag can make women feel more comfortable,early activities off bed,faster recovery of bowel movement and it was a scientific and humanity nursing measure.
