Abstract

Taking the supply chain system which consists of one supplier and two Newsboy retailers as the research object, this paper constructs the unidirectional transshipment game model based on non-cooperative framework and computes the optimal ordering quantities of two retailers. It is found that the equilibrium solution is existing and unique. Moreover, this paper studies the effect of transshipment price and carbon trading price on the optimal ordering quantities. Finally, we illustrate the effect of unidirectional transshipment on carbon emissions in supply chain via numerical example.
