Abstract
Objective To.explore the effect of nursing program in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 226 patients were divided into control group (111 cases) and observation group (115 cases).Control group was received the routine nursing and treatment.Observation group was received the targeted and foresight treatment according to nursing program including 5 steps:evaluation,diagnosis,planning,implementation,and evaluation.The prognosis was compared between two groups.Results It was found that the nursing effect of observation group was better than that of control group.Condusions The nursing program applied in the emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma can reduce the morbidity and mortality,not only change the traditional medical model,but also standardize care the operation process,and win precious time for rescuing patients.
