Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of self-management behavior in patients with bronchial asthma,and to provide the basis for education and health communication to patients.Methods In our hospital 117cases of patients with bronchial asthma were told to fill out self-designed Asthma Self-management Questionnaire and effective self management tool of asthma control test (ACT) to evaluate the scores.Results Patients who didn't know the purpose of the ACT to monitor and method accounted for 89.74%,the patients who knew the related methods and did not adhere to the implementation accounted for 10.26%,the patients who didn't take the related methods and record accounted for 98.29%,patients with some relative monitoring methods and records (1.71%),patients with complete control (1.71%),good control (40.17%),patients without control (58.12%).Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma disease have less understanding of cognition and reasonable management,to strengthen the knowledge of medical staff and asthma education and training,popularization of bronchial asthma treatment of familiarity,can effectively improve asthma self-management ability,and improve the quality of life of patients.
