Abstract

In the process of oil and gas field exploitation, polymer is the most widely used method to improve oil and gas recovery. In order to study the influence law of polymer on reservoir physical properties in the process of enhancing oil recovery, the reservoir physical parameters are studied according to the data of coring wells. The results show that by using the existing polymer mother liquor distribution and transportation system, the dilution mixed transportation system is designed to control the concentration of dilution mixed solution from 0 to 3000mg/L. The dilution mixing system has the functions of sewage treatment, accurate mixing and intelligent transportation. After mixing in long-distance pipelines, the polymer solution is more uniform; The beam pumping unit with four-bar linkage mechanism has low production degree of high permeability reservoir before the application of polymer. After polymer displacement, the crude oil recovery in high permeability reservoir is improved. After polymer flooding, the permeability increases obviously, and the porosity is mainly distributed in the range of 26% ~ 32%; Before the application of polymer, the mud is mainly distributed in the range of 6% ~12%, while after the application, the mud is mainly distributed in the range of 3% ~9%; The permeability and porosity increase with the decrease of shale content before and after the application of polymer. Clarifying the impact of polymer application on reservoir physical properties in oil and gas field production and reasonably planning and designing injection production system have important guiding significance for the application of polymer to the efficient development of reservoir.
