Abstract

Objective To explore the treating effect of nursing intervention on patients with external auditory canal otomycosis.Methods 80 cases of patients with external auditory canal otomycosis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each with 40 cases.Two groups received the same treatment,and the control group received the conventional nursing while the observation group received nursing intervention in addition.Clinical effect was compared between two groups after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the overall effective rate was 77.5% in the control group and 97.5% in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =7.314,P < 0.01).Conclusions Nursing intervention on patients with external auditory canal otomycosis can enhance patients' medical compliance and improve the treating effect.
