Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and the effects of blood pressure control of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods 60maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and those in intervention group,according to the individual characteristics of the patients,were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention beside the conventional care of nursing.After six mouths,the treatment compliance in the two groups were compared,and dysarteriotony rates,complication occurrence and hospitalization rates were also observed.Results Compared with the control group,intervention group had less dysarteriotony rates,complication occurrence and hospitalization rates(P < 0.01).The treatment compliance in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve treatment compliance and get better control of blood pressure of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.It is an effective way to improve the maintenance hemodialysis patients' quality of life.
