Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin combining enalapril on renal function in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 104 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated at our hospital from October, 2014 to October, 2016 were selected and were divided into a control group and a study group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group were treated with enalapril and the study group with low molecular weight heparin and enalapril. The treatment effects in the two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and was 90.38% in the study group (P 0.05). The levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, and urine creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate were higher in the control group than in the study gorup, with statistical differences (all P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combining enalaprilthe for elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy is effective and can improve their renal function.
