Abstract
The low-energy spectrum of Fermi excitations of the three-band Emergy model has been calculated taking into account the intersite interaction. It is shown that the Coulomb interaction between oxygen and copper holes significantly renormalizes the spectrum of lower band Fermi excitations and modifies the concentration dependence of the chemical potential on the doping level.
