Abstract
We investigated the influence of hydrostatic pressure up to 10 kbar on the AC permeability μ and its relaxation in amorphous and nanocrystalline FINEMET ribbons. In amorphous state the disaccommodation DA is suppressed by pressure. As DA is diminished by nanocrystallization, its pressure changes could not be discerned, but above some critical pressure μ itself is strongly reduced.
