Abstract
El glioblastoma (GBM) es el tumor cerebral primario maligno más frecuente y letal en adultos. Comprender su función y su microentorno es crucial para desarrollar tratamientos eficaces. En este estudio, optimizamos el co-cultivo de células de glioblastoma con células inmunes midiendo la secreción de citoquinas con estimulación de interleuquina-2 en diferentes entornos.
