Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of exercise therapy on sleep quality in hemodialysis patients. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in this hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each according to different treatment methods. The control group received routine dialysis treatment, while the observation group underwent exercise therapy. The sleep quality and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). The improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions By maintaining exercise therapy for hemodialysis patients, not only can the patient's sleep quality be effectively improved, but also the patient's poor living conditions can be alleviated, and the patient's quality of life and treatment prognosis can be improved. It is worthy of clinical application.
