Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of DuoDERM hydroacfive dressing (hydrocolloid dressing)on the traumatic ecchymosis.Methods Totals of 83 cases of trauma with subcutaneous ecchymosis were randomly divided into the observation group ( n =42 ) and control group ( n =41 ).Observation group cases' skin with was washed physiological saline and dry,DuoDERM hydroacfive dressing was applied; while control group received traditional wet towel,then,the subcutaneous ecchymosis dissipating effect of all cases was obseved.Results One week after intervention,among observation group,18 cases cured,24 cases had effective,and among control group,5 cases cured,33 cases had effective,3 cases had no effective.Petechiae dissipation effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group ( U =2023,P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions DuoDERM hydroacfive dressing application in traumatic subcutaneous ecchymosis treatment can promote the ecchymosis dissipating,relieve the pain of patients,reduce nursing workload,and can be widely used in clinic.
