Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on the qualified rate of health education and satisfaction of tuberculosis patients.Methods Totals of 200 cases with tuberculosis between January 2011 and December 2011 were selected and divided into two groups.The patients in control group( n =100) received conventional medication and routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group(n =100) received conventional medication combined with CNP.The qualified rate of health education and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed respectively.Results The satisfaction of patients and qualified rate of health education in observation group respectively were 97.0% and 97.0%,and that of control group were 70.0% and 76.0%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant( x2 =9,54,17.68 ;P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Educating the tuberculosis patients through CNP is benefit in increasing the satisfaction of patients and the qualification rate of health education and reducing the detriment.
