Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic government-based public services at the Meulaboh Representative Office of the Aceh branch of PT. Jasa Raharja. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the leaders and service staff of the Meulaboh Representative Office of PT. Jasa Raharja, Aceh branch, and ten community members. The results of this study indicate that the application of E-Government based public services at the Meulaboh Aceh branch Representative Office PT. Jasa Raharja has not been effectively implemented, there are still many people who do not know about the service system or online products that have been initiated by PT. Jasa Raharja
