Educational Robotics for Value Creation
Abstract
The authors wanted to measure the perception of usefulness and the weight attributed by the promoters of the initiative (Comau managers and partners) to the Comau e.DO Experience in terms of value creation. Overall, the survey elicits a widespread perception of the usefulness of the e.DO Experience in creating value for participants, for the territory and for the company, in all their various dimensions. The greatest weight on value for participants was attributed to the “skills creation” dimension (37%), for the company to the “brand” dimension (20.13%) and for the territory to the area of educational innovation (33.02%). The survey did, however, show significant weight for all the dimensions involved, supporting the initial hypothesis that the e.DO Experience is a means of inspiring young people towards professional paths, for empowerment, the development of responsible citizenship, opening companies towards innovation, authentic corporate responsibility, and the creation of ecosystems with the territory.
