Abstract

The basis for the ever-accelerating development of world civilization and innovation is today realized by the heuristic capabilities of the modern educational system. After all, the development index of the countries of the world shows that the development of all spheres is associated with the educational process. In particular, the modern educational system is manifested as such a process in which there is a change and stagnation, development or lag, progress or decline. This opens up new opportunities for the dynamics of the formation and development of modern education. At this point, the definition of synergistic laws of the modern educational process as a complex and open system is rising to the current position as one of the requirements of today.
