Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss education and indicate their precariousness in the Quilombola Cafundo Community, located in Salto de Pirapora , in the region of Sorocaba (SP ) , Brazil . That same is observed with a lot of resistance , there are still living in the community who care and seek to maintain the lit customs, culture and traditions, derived from their ancestors , whether in the form of dialects, the permanence and practice of cults and rites or the legends and stories.
