Hageman, Professor of English-Emerita, University of New Hampshire. Since the first volume of English Literary Renaissance, Betty has commissioned, styled, and edited the “Recent Studies” section of the journal, always the publication’s most read section. She assumed this responsibility when one of her colleagues was hospitalized and her constant counsel and timely choice of subjects has been an enduring strength of ELR. Our gratitude to her and to the support of her university are immeasurable. She is succeeded by Joseph Black, who will continue editing “Recent Studies.”—The Editors View Large ImageDownload PowerPoint Previous articleNext article DetailsFiguresReferencesCited by English Literary Renaissance Volume 47, Number 1Winter 2017 Published in association with the Arthur F.
