Small and medium-sized enterprises, like large enterprises, are indispensable and important part of China's modern economic operation. They have played an irreplaceable and important role in promoting the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and alleviating the employment pressure. Financing difficulties is the main factor restricting the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The emergence of supply chain financial financing model, provide a new way of thinking to break through the financing difficulties of SMEs. This paper first introduced the current situation of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China from two aspects: the status of direct financing and the status of indirect financing, sums up the problems of financing small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the reasons of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China from both inside and outside The Secondly, the article puts forward the advantages of supply chain finance in solving the financing dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises, and three basic models in solving the financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the effective development of supply chain finance with the present situation of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.

Influence of Internet Finance on the Financing of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in China

Small and medium-sized enterprises greatly promote the economic progress and growth of national tax revenue as well as realize the escalation of career opportunities. However, as these enterprises are relatively small scale and have low capacity to face and resist risks in addition to China’s flawed financial credit system, there are many difficulties faced by these enterprises in terms of financing to achieve their own development and progress. Recently, owing to the progress of internet information, especially the expansion of its application in the financial field, it has opened up a way for handling the financing difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the specific financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, this study analyzes the impact of internet finance on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and formulates strategies to effectively deal with the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, thus promoting the sustainable progress of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China developed rapidly, which have become an important part of China’s economic and social development. However, the financing difficulties of SMEs have become increasingly prominent during recent years, and it hinders the healthy development of SMEs in China. Application of artificial intelligence technology in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China

With the development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, big data, cloud computing, and other information technologies have injected new momentum into the research of artificial intelligence. The continuous improvement of artificial intelligence technology has had an impact on social life that cannot be ignored. In the wave of digital transformation of global enterprises, the low level of digital construction and blocked digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China are still prominent. How to seize the opportunities brought by the development of artificial intelligence and effectively apply artificial intelligence to promote the transformation and upgrading of SMEs? To clarify this issue, this paper first uses crawling technology to get the annual reports of SMEs from 2017 to 2021 and analyses how much emphasis SMEs place on AI through Python. Then, this paper analyses the transformation difficulties faced by Chinese SMEs and systematically sorts out the technical means of artificial intelligence that could embed into the main functions of enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward specific measures for Chinese SMEs to actively apply artificial intelligence for digital transformation and provides suggestions for SMEs to better integrate into the era of the digital economy.

Exploring the Role of Shared Leadership on Job Performance in IT Industries: Testing the Moderated Mediation Model

Shared leadership, unlike the traditional perspective, is characterized by the fact that organizational members constitute the source of its leadership. In fact, there is a lack of research on how shared leadership improves performance among small- and medium-sized enterprises in China. In particular, in the Chinese organizational context with a strong collectivist culture, sharing and cooperation among organizational members can have a great positive impact on the sustainability of small- and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study focused on shared leadership on job performance, unlike traditional leadership. According to the research background, it showed the need for research on the link between shared leadership and job performance and presented the moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy in the Chinese organizational context. In order to verify our purpose, a survey was conducted with 320 employees from small- and medium-sized IT enterprises in China. The results indicated that shared leadership positively influenced job performance via psychological stability. Additionally, the moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy was significant. Based on these results, this study suggested ways to improve job performance, verified related research models, and presented future research directions for job performance enhancement. Overall, this research contributed to expanding the research field of shared leadership via its role and influence in various industrial fields.

Financing predicament and tactics of small and medium-sized enterprises during financial crisis

At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises have become the most active strength in economic development, and have made the great contribution to promoting the economic growth and the social employment, increasing tax revenue and raising the living standards. Financing difficulty is always one of key factors influencing development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. In particular, at current external financing environment with global economic recession and insufficient funds liquidity, financing difficulty has aroused widespread concern in small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper discusses on the current status and the underlying reasons of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and advances corresponding countermeasures and suggestion, which is equipped with important guiding significance to improving financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Research on the Development Status and Problems of Scientific and Technological Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

This paper is aimed at figuring out the elements which a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise should have in order to further growth. Based on the deconstruction of the development of this kind of enterprise, the paper summarizes the current development problems of domestic technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in China is mainly faced with the problems of limited number and regional imbalance. In some undeveloped regions, the local governments are relatively more willing to invest their restricted capital to infrastructure construction and do not pay enough emphasis on innovation activities. Taking TianJin Chase Sun Pharmaceutical as an example, this paper investigates the management mechanism and financial information to study the development factors of Chase Sun Pharmaceutical, using SWOT analysis and financial indicators analysis. CSP has converted from an enterprise on the verge of bankruptcy to a “Little Giant” enterprise that has strong research and development abilities. The case analysis reflects the development hindrance factors such as achievement transformation level, financing difficulties, and management defects, and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. Through this analysis, more specific information and experience on the development of science and technology in small and medium-sized enterprises in China is expected to be verified.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the foundation of China’s national economy, and they are important forces to promote economic and social development. They play an irreplaceable role in promoting scientific and technological progress, increasing social employment, expanding foreign trade, and other aspects in which they have become an important part of China’s socialist market economy. Based on the research background of international trade financing, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the international trade financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China to put forward countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to help these small and medium-sized enterprises solve the financing problem so as to achieve a healthy development in the international trade market environment.

Discussion on Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Post-epidemic Era

Driven by digital technology, China's digital economy is developing rapidly, and its position in the economy and society is getting higher and higher. As the main force of China's economy, employment and GDP, SMEs have been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic. It is of great practical significance to study the digital transformation of SMEs for the relief and development of SMEs after the epidemic and to promote the development of China's digital economy. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo, problems and policy appeals of China's small and medium-sized enterprises' digital transformation. The survey object was the principals of 925 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The survey questions included 11 issues such as difficulties faced by enterprises in business operation, application of digital technology, effectiveness of digital transformation, and driving factors of digital transformation. On this basis, the study was carried out. The survey results show that SMEs in China generally have problems such as lack of digital transformation thinking, weak digital foundation, and large obstacles to digital transformation. The vulnerability of SMEs themselves and the differences between different types of SMEs increase the difficulty of digital transformation. The classified statistics of SMEs based on different dimensions such as the development stage, location, and scale of enterprises show that there are significant differences between different types of SMEs and the total sample, as well as between different types of SMEs in terms of difficulties faced in operation, effectiveness of digital transformation, status quo of digital transformation, application of digital technology, driving factors of digital transformation, and policy appeals; Meeting market demand, improving production efficiency and significantly reducing costs are the driving factors for SMEs to carry out digital transformation, but there are differences between different types of SMEs. In order to effectively promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it is suggested to give full play to the guidance and policy support of government departments based on the policy demands of small and medium-sized enterprises for digital transformation, accelerate the construction of new infrastructure, and provide more solid digital transformation foundation for small and medium-sized enterprises; Take multiple measures to eliminate the shortage of digital talents, improve and innovate the talent training mechanism, and provide talent support for digital transformation; Build a digital platform and network, build a cross industry and cross link digital collaboration system, open up the digital transformation path of SMEs, and boost their digital transformation and development.

Analysis and Countermeasure Study on Human Resource Plight of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises in China have always played an important role in the national economy. However, in the context of global economic integration, small and medium-sized enterprises in China are now enduring numerous unfavorable effects caused by decline in economic growth, domestic inflation, the continuous appreciation of RMB, blocked export, the tension of capital lack, shortage of talented people, etc., which lead to more and more serious predicament. Affected by talents issues most, the enterprises are facing Human Resource Plight—Difficulty in recruiting, employing and maintaining talented people. This research will reveal the existing difficulties and problems by analyzing the status quo of the plight. Finally, the research will work out various feasible countermeasure programs from aspects of recruitment, training and development and salary system design, based on theory of Human Resource Management. Meanwhile, healthy development of SMEs can’t be separated from the joint efforts of government and society.

Currently, China's market economy is in a stage of rapid growth. With the advent of economic globalization, it is both an opportunity and a challenge for China's economy, and the global competition within China is becoming increasingly fierce. How to seek survival and development under complex and ever-changing market conditions is a key issue in front of enterprise managers. At present, due to the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and their relatively small production scale, enterprise managers need to further improve the production and operation management system of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their comprehensive strength in combating high business risks. Therefore, by conducting sufficient research on the problems faced by the production and operation management system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it is possible to assist enterprise managers in providing countermeasures and promoting the sustained growth of their benefits.
