Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of urban land in the city of Yogyakarta economically. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). This library uses secondary data, namely economic growth, population density, migration, and land use. The formulation of the research problem is how the impact of economic growth, population density, and migration on urban land use in the city of Yogyakarta. The results showed that economic growth, population density, and migration positively and significantly affected urban land use in Yogyakarta. The Yogyakarta City Government needs to increase economic growth by encouraging investment in sectors to increase regional income. Investment incentives can cover various aspects affecting the increase in GRDP. In addition, the city of Yogyakarta should encourage increased income growth to optimize the region’s potential to support economic growth.
