Abstract

In the field of petroleum, chemical industry and food manufacturing, heat exchangers are often used chemical equipment for their simple composition. With advantages like easy to transport and relatively low cost, the shell and tube heat exchanger has a wide range of uses. Although many factories regularly inspect and repair the heat exchanger equipment, missed inspections occur from time to time, resulting in low heat exchange efficiency and even leakage of the heat exchanger. Based on this situation, this research comprehensively uses big data association analysis technology, data mining technology and state assessment technology. This can realize the comprehensive perception of the risk situation of the shell and tube heat exchanger, the comprehensive analysis of the operation and maintenance data, and the real-time early warning of the operation and maintenance risk, thereby improving the ability of the shell and tube heat exchanger to monitor and risk.
