Abstract

Objective: to assess the dynamics of aggregative ability of neutrophils in patients with an arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia simvastatin backdrop. Materials and methods. Under supervision were 34 sick arterial hypertension of 1-2 degrees with dyslipidemia IIb type, risk 4, middle age. The control group was made by 26 healthy people of similar age. All patients received simvastatin 10 mg at night amid enalapril 10 mg twice a day. Results. In arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia patients showed increased neutrophils aggregation in many ways as a result of irregularities in the lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation activation in plasma and their receptor rearrangements. As a result of the use of simvastatin hypertensive patients with dyslipidemia marked normalization of lipid composition, lipid peroxidation in plasma and platelet neutrophils and their ability by optimizing an glycoprotein composition of their receptors. Simvastatin therapy normalizes arterial hypertension patients with dyslipidemia through week 104 aggregation activity of neutrophils. Practical implications. The results obtained are in work, can be applied in subsequent research on the effect of Statins on blood cells and in practical activities of physicians and cardiologists in patients with dyslipidemia.
