Abstract

Le desordre substitutionnel dans un cristal desordonne orientationnellement genere des champs de deformations aleatoires statiques. Les deformations induisent la diffusion des ondes orientationnelles et displacives. Les processus de friction resultants peuvent conduire a une instabilite structurale a une temperature seuil Tf. Etude de la dynamique lente associee a l'instabilite structurale. La loi de la diffusion exhibe un pic dynamique central. Etude de l'influence des processus de relaxation microscopiques sur la dynamique de l'instabilite structurale. Calcul des resonances des phonons et de l'attenuation ultrasonore
