Abstract

BackgroundReflexes Synaptic Dystrophy/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD/CRPS) symptoms of stage four CRPS are generally similar to the symptoms in the prior three stages of CRPS. All four stages are characterized by severe and often debilitating pain. Stage four may exhibit a plateau in pain. Due to the severity of stage four CRPS, prognosis is generally poor. While certain treatments may help to alleviate pain, most patients in stage four will not fully recover from CRPS. Furthermore, many patients are resistant to various forms of treatment, which can make treatment difficult. Stage four CRPS treatment is generally more aggressive for these reasons. A low‐dose inpatient procedure, also called the “awake” technique. This technique typically involves a continuous dose administered over the course of five days. Several outpatient procedures which may occur over several days, weeks, or months. Treatments may last for five hours at first, after which time the duration and dosage are decreased until treatment is complete. A high‐dose inpatient procedure called the “coma” technique. During this technique, the patient is given a very high dosage of ketamine after entering a medically‐induced coma. This method is not currently available in the United States.MethodsPatient with RSD/CRPS had two spinal surgeries, was involved in car accident. Four months after car accident patient RSD spread through the all body. Patients received fifty five (55) ketamine infusion, multiple medications was given daily to patients in stage four.Multiple physio‐pathological processes of chronic diseases required design complex reversal therapeutic processes. The Neuro Signaling in Brain activity was investigated by several days related to RSD pathological processes. Multi ‐ Dynamic Integrative Sigma Quanta Electromagnetic Energies in Neuro‐ Physio Processes (DI∑QEME) are represented by Specific Coherencies Therapeutic Neuro‐Physio Functions (FN) and Specific Therapeutic Matrices (MN). Diagnostic of neuro‐signaling was performed by EEG. The Integrative Therapies was performed by Dynamic Integrative Sigma Quanta Electromagnetic Energies (LLT), for Multiple Neuro ‐ Physio Processes head and total body. Multi Neural Stimulation by Dynamics Multi Spectrum EME was applied. The general equation for stimulation neural signaling is Sigma Quantum E= h·∑ fN. where h represents the Planck's constant, and ∑fN is sum all frequencies in stimulation the cell signaling in brain and in neural system of total body.ResultsDiagnostic brain activity was essential for Diagnostic Multilevel Physio Pathological processes. Integrative therapy by Specific Dynamic Matrixes of Sigma Quanta Energy by Biophysical‐Biochemical and Psycho‐neural Stimulation was effective. Post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can be an acute, chronic or delayed reaction to a traumatic event was removed. Symptoms: intrusive, disturbing flashbacks or nightmares of the event, accompanied with anxiety and disturbed sleep was removed. Patient interviewed after two years and was in excellent health.Support or Funding InformationSupported by Institutional Resources of USAT Monterrat and the Einstein Medical Institute, NPB, FLThis abstract is from the Experimental Biology 2018 Meeting.
