The application of biologics in clinical practice allows immunological observations under real-life conditions. In a new article in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Bakker etal. (2021) use deep immune cell phenotyping to demonstrate how dupilumab acts in a targeted fashion on skin-homing T cells, the driver cells of atopic dermatitis.
