Abstract
A new analog processing unit with extended frequency band, based on an electromagnetic principle, has been designed and realized at INRIM. The unit can be employed in power measurements in the audio frequency band. The mathematical operations of the sum and the difference of two waveforms from 20 Hz to 100 kHz are performed simultaneously. Preliminary characterization and a simple model are reported.
