Abstract

Theoretical analysis is performed to investigate the double-diffusive convection in Sisko fluid on peristaltic propulsion under inclined magnetic field and asymmetric channel. The mathematical modeling of Sisko fluids with double-diffusive convection and inclined magnetic field with various wave forms is given. Under the constraints of long wavelength and low Reynolds number, exact and numerical solutions are obtained. With aid of computational data achieved using Mathematica software, the impact of thermophoresis, Brownian motion, Soret and Dufour parameters, Grashof numbers (concentration, nanoparticle and thermal) on peristaltic pumping with double-diffusive convection are examined.
