Abstract

In 2017, I was asked to participate in a panel discussion at the Booth Women Connect event hosted by the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Held annually, this event focuses on supporting women to develop business connections, allowing professionals across industries to exchange their own stories, grow their networks, and participate in meaningful conversations about the business issues of the day. The panel focused on the need for and value of having a personal board of directors (PBOD).
