Abstract

Natural enemies of beet armyworm [ Spodoptera exigua (Hubn.)(Lep.: Noctuidae)] were determined in Diyarbakir province in 1993. The population dynamics were also observed during the studies. Geocoris pallidipennis (C.), Nabis pseudoferus Rem. , N.rugosus L., Chrysoperla carnea (Steph.), Coccinella septempunctata L. were found as a predatory insects; Temelucha decorata (Grav.) and Barylypa pallida (Grav.) were found as a parasitoids on S.exigua .
