Abstract

The development of electric power system in China has gradually shifted from paying attention to the transmission network to attaching importance to the users. Especially with the development of power electronic technology and energy storage, they make it possible for the grid to provide diversified quality electric energy. This paper establishes a double-layer index system for the division of the power supply area from three aspects: load density, power supply reliability, and power quality. It uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, calculates weighted comprehensive score, and divides the power supply area. By analyzing the electricity demand of users in the different area, the selection of diversified power supply model for each power supply area is focused on from the two aspects of the connection mode and the electricity price mode to meet the diversified electricity demand of different users. Finally, a practical example of the distribution network is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of this method, and to compare the user response effect of this method with the user response effect of the traditional power supply model.
