Abstract
Rotational malaligment after intramedullary tibial nailing is a very frequent finding which is rarely addressed in any orthopaedic studies. development and progression of degenerative changes in knee and ankle joints may be a undesirable consequence specially due to rotational malalignment .The purpose of this study is to determine tibial malrotation in cases of diaphyseal tibial fractures with intramedullary nailing.
