Abstract
The concept of dispersion code modulation (DCM) is introduced for enhancing spectral efficiency in wireless communications. An Nth order DCM modulation scheme splits data streams into N channels with distinct dispersion codes and hence increases the throughput by a factor N. A 2nd order DCMA system, based on physical models, is demonstrated.
