Abstract This chapter focuses on the epidemiology and management of blossom, foliage and fruit diseases (brown rot, jacket rot and green fruit rot, shot hole, scab, rust, peach leaf curl and powdery mildew), trunk and scaffold diseases (silver leaf disease, Leucostoma canker, fungal gummosis, and constriction canker), root and crown diseases (Phytophthora root and crown rots, Armillaria root rot, Verticillium wilt and peach tree short life), postharvest diseases (brown rot and grey mould, Rhizopus rot, Gilbertella and Mucor decays and sour rot), and other diseases of peach and nectarine.
