Abstract
In order to promote the farmers' health and to relieve their financial burden, a scientific program of appropriate health technology application in countryside has been performed from 10th to 11th five-year period in Henan Province. Some practical experiences have been accumulated. Based on these experiences, the mechanism construction of the long-term application was discussed in this article.
