Abstract

Learning burnout is a kind of psychological state of physical and mental exhaustion when students are not interested in learning or become lacking in motivation but have to continue. Learning burnout is common among college students, and has a negative impact on their physical and mental development. From the perspective of psychoanalysis, behaviorism, and humanistic psychology, this paper attempts to analyze the causes of college students’ learning burnout, and puts forward some improvement measures, with an expectation to provide some reference for colleges and universities to effectively prevent and intervene in cases of learning burnout in educational teaching and management practice for the promotion of college students’ mental health development.
