Abstract
Design of a multistage depressed collector for a 1.2MW L-band CW klystron was accomplished by use of numerical simulations. To obtain information on spent electrons (i.e. input condition for collector design), a klystron simulation code was newly developed. 5 refs., 9 figs., 2 tabs.
